Giới thiệu​

Tháng 1, có thêm 1 số chiến lược review hacking mới cho Joy, sẽ có thêm một số lỗi gặp phải ở khách để làm support và xin review. Hiện tại tỉ lệ gặp lỗi là 50% (chỉ gặp lỗi nếu khách FREE) và mỗi khách chỉ gặp 1 trong những lỗi sau:

Tự động mở popup ngoài frontend (Auto Show Popup on frontend)​

Nếu gặp lỗi này, bên ngoài frontend popup của Joy sẽ tự động mở mặc định, mọi người có thể vào trang Branding > Points tắt checkbox này đi

Phần này coi như một setting Advanced, nhưng khách nào gặp lỗi này sẽ chỉ coi như bật mặc định option Auto show popup này lên.

Tự động thêm margin bottom(Margin Bottom to Frontend Popup: 8rem)​

Nếu gặp lỗi này popup ngoài frontend sẽ bị lệch lên 8rem so với bình thường. Bạn sẽ thấy reward popup bị đẩy cao hơn từ bottom của trang

Để tắt lỗi này, vào dev zone tắt đi nút tương ứng

Đặt sai vị trí trước/sau của currency (Place Currency Symbol Before)​

Luôn hiển thị vị trí curency symbol trước currency amount dù khách có chọn vị trí hiển thị phía sau trong admin:

Luôn luôn hiện currency là $ ( Wrong shop currency to $ )​

Lỗi này sẽ hiện sai currency của khách ngoài frontend thành $ mặc dù có nhận đúng setting hiện thị currency trong app.

In 4th Jan 2023, we have new review hacking strategies for Joy app.

50% of customers who've installed the app since 4/1/2023 will encounter 1 among the issues. That is only for Free customers

Auto show Popup on frontend​

The reward popup will automatically popup when users visit store. You can turn it off by clicking the button Auto show popup in Branding settings

This setting is also considered as a part of Advanced settings.

Margin Bottom to Frontend Popup: 8rem​

The reward popup will be placed far above from the bottom (8rem)

To fix the issue, please go to devzone and disable the corresponding settings

Place Currency Symbol Before​

The currency symbol will always be shown before currency amount even customers have selected display before settings

To fix the issue, please go to devzone and disable the corresponding settings

Wrong shop currency to $​

The currency format will be always $ no matter what store currency configured in the app is
