How to use CS extension tool

Step 1: Download the extension

Download extension, version 8 here

Step 2: Extract the file and upload the file to Chrome extension

Step 3: Open the extension in Crisp chat

This tool makes it easy for you to create card issues directly from the Crisp tab. You can also keep an eye on cards related to conversations or customers, and their statuses are updated in real time using Trello.

Remember, if you switch to a different conversation, just refresh the tool to ensure that the issue data is up to date.
