How to setup 2 factor authentication and login to AVADA Support account

Problem

Shopify requires your account to be setup with 2 factor authentication to access/log into any Shopify parter account, including AVAVA Support account.

You may see the popup like this when trying to login AVADA Support account. Take an example from Juliana and Liz 😉

In this article, we will guide you on how to setup 2 factor authentication to access/log into AVADA Support account

Step 1: Setup 2 factor authentication

  • Click on Enable two-factor button

  • Setup 2 factor authentication with your phone number

Once you have done that, your account associated with AVADA's email organization like daisy@avada.io or liz@avada.io will be verified.

Whenever you log into any Shopify partner account, there will have another verification entrance like asking you to fill in 6-digit code

Do check your phone to get the code

Step 2: Accept invitation to AVADA Support account

We have sent you the invitation to join AVADA Support account as staff

Do check your email and join the organization

One you setup successfully, you can easily switch between any account that you are in
