All steps done but the domain is not verified

Solution​

  • Ask customers for record list in their DNS settings => Check if the DNS records are entered corectly
  • If 3 first records (CNAME, SPF, DKIM) have domain after host/value => add domain after host/name of MX records
  • If records are entered correctly, but domain is not verified => try adding/removing domain after host/name of records
