Don't select shorten link > Unsub link is too long

Lí do​

Using variables {{unsubscribe}} without shorten link => unsub link will be very long

The unsubscribe link is a tracking link, so it should be very long. Meanwhile, SMS does not support HTML format like email.

Solution​

  • Dev: fix to apply shorten link for unsub link by default

  • CS: advise customers to use shorten link option or use opt-out keywords (send to US/CA recipients)
